Client agencies may assign an administrator who creates logins and passwords for their users; quickly enabling them to gain access to vital information and empowering them to resolve problems.

Personal Profile Management

Once an account has been created within the CSC Portal, the user may then customize their profile to meet their needs. Users have the ability to opt-in to personalized email lists concerning specific topics and product areas. Additionly, users also have the ability to update profile information and reset personal passwords.

Instant Access to Support

The CSC Portal grants users instant access to thousands of knowledge base articles as well as tips and tricks. In the event a user cannot find an article related to a current issue the CSC Portal also enables authorized users with the ability to enter new service requests or research the status of new or historical cases.
